Best fish & chips?

I'll be visiting Yarmouth on a fairly regular basis over the next few months & would be grateful for any suggestions as to where i can get the best Fish & Chips!

Both in the town itself & more specifically within a few minutes walk of the seafront. (And please no nominations for Harry Ramsden! I've tried theirs.)

Obviously the best chips are on the Market Place ( Brewers ?), the new restaurant on the corner of Regent Road, opposite KFC, does excellent fish and chips at reasonable price.

It must be Lichfield Road in Southtown.
