A wall which was wiped out after a vehicle collided near several family homes in Great Yarmouth town centre has been rebuilt.
The wall on Temple Road was destroyed in a single-vehicle collision shortly after 11pm on Monday, July 31.
The day after the crash, bricks remained scattered around the road and neighbouring residences in Coniston Square. Engine fluid was also seen on the carriageway beside the wall.
No one was reported to have been injured.
A neighbour, who did not want to be named, was in bed at the time of the crash. She said at the time that she heard the engine before she heard the collision and the car sounded as if it was going "at some speed".
"How anybody made it out of that car in one piece is unbelievable," the neighbour added.
"There are a lot of kids around this area.
"It's lucky none of them were around at the time."
Police responded to the scene, but no action was taken against the driver.
The wall has been fully restored, with no clear signs of damage to properties in Coniston Square.
