An arsonist is back behind bars after being recalled to prison for starting more blazes in Great Yarmouth.
Mark Martindale, 39, has a long history of starting fires, mainly to wheelie bins in the seaside town.
He pleaded guilty at Norwich Magistrates’ Court to arson and attempted arson after bins belonging to waste management company Biffa were set ablaze on April 13.
He also admitted breaches of a criminal behaviour order that bans him from entering Great Yarmouth.
Hannah Butler, prosecuting, said he had been spotted attempting to set another bin alight near one that was already on fire.

Martindale, of no fixed abode, has 17 previous convictions for 33 offences including numerous incidents of arson including one in the Market Gates shopping centre.
He was jailed for 12 months last June but was released early on licence.
The “nature and seriousness” of the latest offences meant he was being immediately recalled to serve the remainder of that jail term, the court was told.
He will be sentenced for his latest offences at Norwich crown Court on May 13.
