The Acle Staight has reopened after a serious crash on the A47, which came just hours after another involving nine vehicles.
Just before 6.20pm on Wednesday night, the stretch of road was closed after a crash at Halvergate involving nine vehicles.
Emergency services were called, rescuing one person and reopening the road two hours later.
But at midnight, 999 services were called to the same stretch of road after another crash, this time involving two vehicles.
It is understood that one vehicle ended up on top of the other.
Four fire crews attended to rescue one person from a vehicle.
The road was closed, with vehicles - including X1 and X11 First bus services - diverted on the A1064 Main Road.
But a third crash then took place on the diversion route, at roughly 7.20am.
The road was blocked after the accident, which is believed to have involved a car and a mtorcycle, but has since been cleared.
No-one is believed to have been injured.
Traffic was very heavy in the area, with some drivers saying it took 90 minutes to drive from Yarmouth to Norwich.
