The A47 Acle Straight was blocked for half an hour today due to a broken down vehicle.
The road was blocked both ways between the between the A47 Acle roundabout by the Norfolk Broads and the A1064 in West Caister, near Great Yarmouth, after a silver car started leaking fuel near the site of the former Stracey Arms.
The car had broken down and stopped on a dangerous bend, a Norfolk police spokesman said.
Delays were caused but traffic is said to be moving well after police recovered the vehicle.
