It’s one of the cheapest homes money can buy in Norfolk - yet this little brick house has been for sale for SEVEN years - even though it’s only £20,000.

And the price? It’s on the market for just £20,000, one of the cheapest homes money can buy in Norfolk.

Stuart Lugo, branch manager of Howards in Gorleston, said: “It hasn’t sold because it is a small property, really I think most suitable for one person and you can’t live in it all the year around, but from April to October or, if you pay £320 a month, you can live in it from April until January.

“I believe it would be ideal for someone who lives abroad for the winter months and who just needs a base in Norfolk for the summer.”

The house has one bedroom, measuring 9’5 x 8’8, a sitting room, measuring 9’2 x 8’2, a kitchen area and a bathroom and comes with communal parking and gardens.

It is for sale with no chain with Howards.

Inside, the photographs show there is a little Christmas tree and cards up from when it first went on the market just before festivities in 2011.
