A teenager was sexually assaulted while she was a passenger on a bus in Caister.

The sexual assault happened at around 7.50pm on Saturday when the victim, a woman in her late teens, was a passenger on a bus travelling between Caister and Great Yarmouth.

The suspect was among a group of men that boarded the bus in Caister.

He touched the woman inappropriately and also made sexual comments and gestures.

The suspect the police are hunting was white, aged in his mid-20s with ginger hair and beard. He was wearing a blue shirt and brown/khaki shorts.

A police spokesman said: “Officers are keen to hear from any witnesses or anyone with information regarding this incident.”

Anyone with information on the sexual assault should call PC Karen Cook at Great Yarmouth Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their anonymous online form at crimestoppers-uk.org
