A raid on a Great Yarmouth home led to the seizure of drugs and cash, along with three arrests.

A warrant was executed at a home in Ordnance Road today by the neighbourhood policing team, as part of Operation Gravity.

Police said a quantity of cash and controlled drugs were seized.

A 52-year-old man and 47-year-old woman from Great Yarmouth, along with a 19-year-old man from London were arrested.

Operation Gravity was launched by Norfolk police in December 2016 in response to an increase in violent crime linked with drug dealing and use.

The campaign has focussed on enforcement; targeting criminals transporting drugs into Norfolk – known as County Lines - and partnership working to identify those vulnerable to this type of crime.

Tens of thousands of pounds worth of heroin, crack cocaine and cash has been seized, along with knives.
