Two students at East Norfolk Sixth Form College in Gorleston have been selected as This Girl Can ambassadors.

Chloe Brooks and Milenia Gusmao were successful in their applications for the scheme, which is a celebration of active women who are doing their thing no matter how well they do it or how they look.

As ambassadors, they will be tasked with raising awareness of the Sport England campaign within the college as well as promoting and delivering new and existing college activities.

The girls will be working alongside Sam Clarke, sports development and physical activity instructor, to try and encourage female students to get active.

This Girl Can is funded by The National Lottery and developed by Sport England. It aims to help women overcome the fear of judgement that is stopping too many women and girls from joining in. For information visit www.thisgirlcan.co.uk
