Firefighters at blaze involving 500 tonnes of burning straw

Firefighters have spent the night at a straw stack fire.

Norfolk Fire and Rescue service were called to 500 tonnes of burning straw at a farm in Tower Road in Fleggburgh at just before 2am today.

Firefighters are allowing the fire to burn itself out, but one appliance is at the scene to monitor the situation.
