GREAT Yarmouth Racecourse is hosting its fourth annual wedding fayre as the team there expands its repertoire

of events beyond horse racing.

It is offering special “credit crunch” wedding receptions for £1,000 that include a wedding breakfast, reception drink, toast drink, evening buffet, and free hire of the course's disco and dance floor.

of events beyond horse racing.

It is offering special “credit crunch” wedding receptions for £1,000 that include a wedding breakfast, reception drink, toast drink, evening buffet, and free hire of the course's disco and dance floor.

The fayre on Thursday starts at 5pm and finishes at 9pm, with a bridal wear fashion show at 7pm.

Admission is free, as is car parking at the course. There are complimentary refreshments for visitors and a free glass of bubbly for every bride.

Since the racecourse was licensed to hold wedding and civil partnership ceremonies it has become even more popular, according to the

team.
