A men’s fashion store is preparing to relocate to Gorleston after 10 years in Great Yarmouth.

Junx Clothing in Victoria Arcade will reopen on the High Street in Gorleston on Monday, June 25, in the old store of the Bellyboos candy store, which has moved to number 156 - which was previously occupied by HSBC bank.

Owner, Ben Melhado, said he was excited by the upcoming move.

He said: “I’m still trading and that in itself is a result, if you look at all the big high street retailers going under. I’m really happy with how it’s going, it’s exciting times.

“I think we have a good following and I think we’ll definitely pick up some new customers who didn’t want to come over the bridge.”

“We also have a great atmosphere, really nice and relaxed and our customer service is absolutely on point.

“We’ve got a big demographic too, we have kids come in who are 16 years old and we have guys coming in who are 50 - we have something for everybody.”
