A main road in Hemsby has been reopened following a crash between two vehicles.

Police were called to the scene in Yarmouth Road, near the petrol station, at around 2.20pm and a diversion was put in place.

Three ambulance crews and a rapid response vehicle were called to the scene.

Two patients were treated with minor injuries and taken to the James Paget Hospital for further care.

Two appliances from the fire service were also in attendance and assisted the ambulance service and ensured the scene was safe.

The road was reopened at around 4.30pm.
