A bill is currently going through Parliament to give tenants more powers in disputes with landlords.

Called the Fitness for Human Habitation Bill, it would give tenants the power to take landlords to court if their homes are unsafe.

In Norfolk the number of affordable homes built sunk to a record low in 2015/16.
