Since its opening in April last year, East Anglia's newest oil and gas supply company, Midexco Ltd, has seen an unexpected demand in sales, leading to the growth of its UK-based sales team.

Situated on Gapton Hall Road in Great Yarmouth and East Tullos Industrial Estate in Aberdeen, the company prides itself on having over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas supply sector, offering service, support and supply management to its customers. Managed by a dedicated team of procurement professionals, Midexco Ltd is committed to providing customers with a complete single-source service, offering specialist consumables, spares and complete package solutions to the oil and gas industry worldwide.

“Our bespoke supply service allows us to become a single-source solution for our customers, bettering the relationship we have with our customers and the service we provide,” says Phillip Turner, director of newly established Midexco Ltd.

By working with the industry's most respected on and offshore manufacturers, Midexco Ltd ensures an unprecedented range of products available and, with a growing sales team, Phillip plans to continue the success and growth of the Great Yarmouth-based supply company.

Phillip said: “Our years of industry experience mean we have hit the ground running. By appointing new members of staff so soon after opening, we've set a precedent in our field of expertise, whilst securing a name for ourselves both locally and overseas as a serious contender in oil and gas supply.”

Specialising in pipe fittings and valves, Phillip has appointed staff to head Midexco's development outside the UK.

Already working with successful offshore companies in the Middle East and West Africa, Adam Thurtle, International Sales Manager at Midexco Ltd, is keen to develop the company's global presence further, with contacts in North Africa and the former Soviet Union.
