A serious morning crash between a motorcyclist and pedestrian has closed a village road.

The accident took place on the A143 Beccles Road in Bradwell, near Great Yarmouth, just before 6.30am this morning.

Police officers are on the scene.

The road has been closed at Mallard Way and Crab Lane while emergency services attend the incident.

Motorists are being advised to avoid the area and find alternative routes. Norfolk Police tweeted this morning that drivers should “expect delays and avoid the area if possible”.
