Inspirational youngster Tia Hutchinson, who makes jewellery for charity, lent her generosity to Children in Need today.

The seven-year-old joined her brothers Alex, 9, Adam, 3, and Jamie, 2, in dressing up for their school and nursery Herman Primary School’s Pudsey-themed day.

The four dressed in Children in Need T-Shirts and donned Pudsey headgear as they joined in with the school’s non uniform day with cakes and games.

The pupils wore either Pudsey costumes or red and yellow clothes, and bought and sold home made cakes and biscuits to raise cash.

Little Adam won the nursery’s colouring competition.

Mum Lisa Hutchinson said: “She does try to get involved with other charities,

“Even though she does her own charity she gets involved with as much as possible.”

The school raised about £500 with the day.

The staff also took part in a cycle marathon to work off the cakes.

Kind-hearted Tia was so moved by her best friend’s cancer battle that she has turned her hobby of making jewellery into a fundraising enterprise.

She makes beautiful bracelets, necklaces, earrings and key rings to raise funds for children’s cancer charity CLIC Sargent.

So far Tia has raised more than £100 through her Tia’s Treasures JustGiving page.
