Police still looking for pier stabbing suspect

Police in Great Yarmouth are still hunting for a man who stabbed someone at the town’s Britannia Pier.

The attack happened just before 1.30am on Sunday following an altercation between two men.

The stab victim was taken to the James Paget University Hospital in Gorleston.

A police spokesman confirmed officers are still investigating and looking for the suspect.

The suspect is thought to be in his 20s, was white and had dark hair and a build. He was about 5ft 11in and had a slim build.
