A man reported missing at the weekend has today been found safe and well in Great Yarmouth.

Ian Bates, 43, who lives in Matlock, Derbyshire, was reported missing by his mother on Saturday February 18.

He was last seen on Friday February 17 at midday.

Earlier today (Wednesday), Derbyshire Police put out an appeal to find him and he was later discovered safe and well in Great Yarmouth.

  • I knew Ian about 15 years ago aswell as his mate dave. If he is in Yarmouth then i belive he could be visiting his child or children i belive he had one but he could of had more by the time he went back to derbyshire.
