Witness search for Gorleston cash trick

POLICE in Gorleston have released a CCTV image of two men they would like to trace in connection with a theft.

The incident happened outside Lloyds TSB, High Street, Gorleston, between 8.

POLICE in Gorleston have released a CCTV image of two men they would like to trace in connection with a theft.

The incident happened outside Lloyds TSB, High Street, Gorleston, between 8.40am and 8.45am on Monday, June 14.

A male had withdrawn £20 from the cash machine and was approached by another male as he left the bank. The victim, who is visually impaired, was then asked by the male if he could swap his £20 note for two £10 notes, which he did. However, the offender replaced the £20 with two pieces of paper.

Police believe the men pictured could be important witnesses in connection to the incident.
