A mobile phone and computer business worker accused of stealing £14,000 of mobile phones from his employer is to appear at Norwich Crown Court this month.

Shaun Emery, 47, denies stealing them from Comm-Tech Martham, based at Martham, near Yarmouth, between last August and November.

Emery, of Waltham Abbey, Essex, had also pleaded not guilty earlier to creating a fraudulent customer account at Comm-Tech and offering a fake CV to secure his job at the company. And he denies one offence of stealing £8,509 of laptops from another firm in Norwich.

Yesterday, Emery was bailed at Yarmouth Magistrates' Court to appear at the crown court on July 29 for a preliminary hearing.
