Caister Football Club are celebrating a hat-trick. As they embark on their centenary season, the Lifeboatmen have been awarded senior status with promotion to the Anglian Combination first division. And the club has become one of only 250 in the UK to be awarded the FA Charter Community Standard.

Caister have appointed Ian Green as first team manager and he will be assisted by Adam Mason. Replacing Mason as managers in the Reserves in the Anglian Combination third division will be David Crane and Paul Salmon. Scott George will again be running the A team in the GYDFL first division.

Training continues on Tuesday and Thursdays at Allendale Road, Caister, starting at 7pm. Players old and new are welcome along into a buoyant club with exciting times ahead.

Caister FC Reserves are looking for a match day linesman. The team will be willing to pay somebody for their help.

Anybody who is interested, connected to the club or not, will be welcomed into a friendly team atmosphere. For further details contact 07947635247.
