Great Yarmouth Stadium hosts its traditional gala night on Sunday.

As well as a fireworks display, there is a triple helping of Oval motorsport.

This meeting is all about Bangers – both on the track and in the skies – with a helping of ‘Back to Basics Specification Bangers, the Superstox and National Saloon Stock Cars.

The Superstox are a firm favourite whenever they visit the fast oval of Yarmouth and is expected to feature regulars like Phil Proctor, Jordan Aylward Terry Lawrence, Tom Naughton and the former world champion Jason Cooper.

The National Saloon Stock Cars are back for a second time this season, while the Banger racers will also be out in force, with at least 52 of them booked to appear.

Finishing the evening in style is the Banger Demolition Derby events where the object of the exercise is to eliminate the other cars until just one is left running.

Racing starts at 5pm with the turnstiles opening at 3.30pm.
