After already securing promotion to Anglian Combination Division Three, Gorleston Reserves made sure of the title last Saturday with a 9-0 victory over North Walsham Reserves.

Greens’ scorers were Adam Thompson (5), Ashley King (2), Hayden Ingram and Brodie Adams.

They then went on to complete the double by winning the CS Morley Cup on Tuesday evening, beating Attleborough Reserves 3-0 at the FDC.

Their goals were scored by Elliott Hannant, Ashley King and Sam Wooldridge.

Gorleston’s second string complete their season tomorrow away at Wymondham Town Reserves.

Hemsby were left without a game in Division Three at the weekend when scheduled opponents Sheringham Reserves handed them a walk-over.

They were due to play at Norwich Ceyms Reserves last night before completing their campaign on Monday at Long Stratton Reserves (12).
