Pre-season starts at Caister FC

Caister FC begin a busy pre-season programme next week when training starts again.

The first session is at 6.45pm on Tuesday and then on Thursday at Allendale Road, Caister. This will continue every Tuesday and Thursday until friendlies start.

The first team have games organised against Beccles Caxton (July 21), Bungay Town (July 26), North Walsham (August 4), Great Yarmouth Town (August 8), Martham FC (August 11) and finally Acle United visit Allendale Road on August 14. The season begins the following weekend (August 17 or 18 TBC) in the Anglian Combination Division One.

The Reserves play Bungay Reserves (July 21), Stalham Town Res (August 4), Acle United Res (August 14). The club are also holding an inter-club mini tournament between the four adult sides on Sunday, July 29 followed by a barbecue.

All interested players are welcome along to training, regardless of age or ability, as the club runs four sides of varying standards including a veteran team.
