The Mapgies took the lead on 73 minutes as Sam Borrer glanced home, but with eight minutes remaining Wroxham equalised through Paul Cook and after Adam Smith’s dismissal, Andy Easthaugh netted to give the leaders a seven-point gap at the summit.

An inspired performance from Kirkley & Pakefield goalkeeper Jordan Smith helped them to a 1-1 draw at high flying Norwich United.

In fact, but for an 85th-minute equaliser from Adrian Ager it could have been all three after Russell Stock capitalised on Ben Nower’s 70th-minute mistake.

Smith’s performance included saving Andy Key’s penalty.

Wisbech Town lost 3-1 at Ely, but Diss Town came out 3-2 winners over Walsham-le-Willows. Gareth Leggett and Stefan Gilding make it 2-0 either side of the break, before James Tatham tapped in. Tom Fenner received his marching orders – Stuart Garner burying the penalty to restore Diss’ two-goal advantage.

The Tangerines were also reduced to 10 when Gilding was dismissed but Matty Webster saved the penalty with five minutes remaining. That proved crucial as Sam Diaper’s injury-time corner found its way in.

A 90th-minute equaliser from substitute Christy Finch spared Gorleston’s blushes in the derby with rock-bottom Yarmouth. Yarmouth took a 61st-minute lead through Leighton Crux before Chris Sandford replied in the 58th minute.

The Bloaters went ahead again with an own goal from keeper Jack Whatmough, before Finch netted the last-gasp leveller.

Swaffham won their First Division derby with Fakenham 2-1.
