Everything you need to know about Lionel Richie’s Holkham Hall concert

Lionel Richie is coming to Norfolk this summer, bringing his classic songs such as ‘Hello’ and ‘All Night Long’ to the region. Here’s everything you need to know about the event.

When?

Sunday June 24.

Gates open from 4pm to ticket holders and the concert is expected to finish around 10pm.

Where?

Holkham Hall& Estate, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk, NR23 1AB.

For those using a Satnav use the postcode NR23 1RH.

The hall is two miles west of Wells on the main A149. It also within easy reach of Norwich via the A1067, King’s Lynn via the A148 and London and Cambridge via the M11 and A10.

The concert itself will take place in the south park of Holkham.

Parking?Holkham have said “The designated gates to access the venue for cars has yet to be confirmed, but a full traffic management plan will be in place with multiple access routes to the grounds on the night.”

Parking will be in designated car parks on rough grass parkland with marshals directing the traffic flow.

It will be free to park for the concert.

Public transport?

The nearest train station is King’s Lynn, which is 23 miles away. The Norfolk Coasthopper which runs from King’s Lynn also has two stops on Holkham.

Disabled access?

There are designated disabled parking areas for those that need them, however all parking is on rough grassland. Unfortunately Holkham are unable to offer mobility scooters.

Wheelchair users will have a designated area with a ramp/platform during the concert.

Assistance dogs are permitted in the concert.

Belongings?

Food and drink will be permitted at the concert and people are encouraged to bring their own picnic. No glassware is allowed.

Security staff may be searching bags if deemed necessary.

Seating?

There is a limitted number of reserved seats. You are welcome to bring your low-back canvas chairs or rugs.

ATM?

There are no ATM machines at the venue, purchases in the arena will be cash only.

Photography?

For personal use only. No unauthorised proffesional photographic equipment, video camera, audio recording devices allowed.

What if it rains?

No ticket refunds will be issued if it rains and the concert will not be cancelled. Small umbrellas are allowed however these will need to be put down once the show starts.

Food/drink?

Caterers will be selling various food and drink items on concession stalls.

Tickets?

Tickets go on sale at Friday February 2 at 10am.

Prices start at £75, or £125 for reserved seating at the front of the stage and £275 + VAT for the official hospitality package.

They can be bought from Ticketmaster, AXS, Gigantic and Alltickets.

No tickets will be available from the Holkham Estate.
