The sounds of the original superclub come to Great Yarmouth’s Tower Arena next month.

On Saturday May 6 the Ministry of Sound will take over the venue for a nostalgic night of 90s dance anthems.

In the main room will be all the biggest club floor fillers from the decade of dance, from Living Joy to Underworld, with DJs Fullerlove, Glen White and Oli Meakin.

In room 2, the Tower presents classic urban with former DMC champion, Roger Johnson.

The brand which has dominated club culture for 25 year and is a recognised symbol on the global club circuit.

Its tour date in Yarmouth is billed as a “remarkable occasion” for the resort.

Tower Arena director Ryan Martin, said: “We are thrilled to be hosting this spectacular party for the people of the East Coast and are proud be offering something different to re-ignite the area’s night-time economy.”

Co-director Sandy Alred added: “Ministry of Sound is without a doubt one of the biggest things to happen in the area for some time, celebrating an era that helped put the town on the map, attracting party goers from all across the UK.

“The venue gave way to leading names like The Prodigy and Carl Cox in their early careers. We feel it’s about time to re-establish Great Yarmouth as the place to go. There will be plenty of great events and line ups coming your way this year. These are exciting times for the town.”
