A double birthday party was held for two ladies in Hemsby, raising money for Shine cancer research charity. The event was held in the village hall for Sally Boyes who was celebrating her 70th birthday and Jenny Poyner who has turned 60, and raised £625.
Sally and Jenny are both members of the Acorn Club, Hemsby and they invited 104 guests to the party with featured country singer KD. Thanks go to everyone who contributed and especially to Sally’s granddaughters for arranging the party which was enjoyed by all.
