I just had a pleasant stroll along Gorleston’s prom, all lovely till you get to the pier then you are met by a”tip” of a shelter. Who owns it and who is responsible for its upkeep?
Just imagine what a fresh coat of paint and some decent seats would look like ? And maybe a sign calling it “The Cosies” to bring back memories of days gone by?
So come on the council or port owners or whoever might own it, you are letting Gorleston down. If the powers that be are not interested perhaps we could find a few volunteers with a brush and paint and do it ourselves?
