A COMPUTER firm keyed in the right digits to raise a substantial amount of money for the East Coast Palliative Care Appeal.Staff at CSS Computers in North Quay, Great Yarmouth collected more than £1,900 for the appeal from an open day to coincide with the firm's 20th birthday celebrations.

Staff at CSS Computers in North Quay, Great Yarmouth collected more than £1,900 for the appeal from an open day to coincide with the firm's 20th birthday celebrations. The party last Friday, was also the first anniversary since the company moved to its current premises.
Yarmouth mayor Terry Easter launched the open day. joined by representatives from the town's business community including the Chamber of Commerce, and NWES which aims to create jobs and assist in the economic regeneration of the town.
Customers donated 50 raffle prizes and anyone could enter the competition.
A computer was also set up with a driving challenge game for customers to have a go at.
Yarmouth's deputy mayor Paul Garrod visited in the evening to make the raffle draw.
CSS managing director Peter Green said: “It was fantastic. It all went well. The staff have been working so hard for weeks to get everyone invited and sell the raffle tickets and it all went smoothly. We had a large attendance, 100 people turned up on the day, and it was just a great success.”
