STAFF at NHS Great Yarmouth and Waveney have praised the health trust in a national survey published today.
In the NHS staff survey, 89pc of staff felt their role made a difference to patients, 73pc were satisfied with their job and 75pc of staff felt the Trust was committed to their work-life balance. Staff were asked questions about their jobs, training and the services they provide.
Mark Murphy, HR and training manager for NHS GYW, said: “We have yet again had a fantastic result in the staff survey and this is a credit to our very hardworking and dedicated employees who provide high quality care for every patient.”
