NHS Norfolk has part-funded a new set of Sporty Tots sessions, and is encouraging children aged two to four years to join them.
Sporty Tots is held at venues in Norwich, North Walsham, Gorleston and Thetford.
Each one-hour session is designed to increase the child's balance, co-ordination and self-confidence while learning basic movements using a variety of sporting equipment. The service is delivered by Norwich City FC/Football in the Community (FITC).
To find a Sporty Tots session near you visit the Football in the Community website at www.fitc.org.uk or call the FITC office on 01603 761122.
