A MAN and woman were taken to the James Paget University Hospital with suspected back injuries following a horror smash between their motorbike and a minibus in Gorleston this morning.
The pair were travelling as rider and pillion passenger on a Suzuki motorcycle which collided with a Ford Transit minibus pulling out of Elmgrove Road onto Middleton Road at 11.30am.
A passing motorist reported seeing the motorcycle rider and passenger lying in the middle of the road.
Motorists travelling along Middleton Road experienced delays for three-and-a-half hours while police and ambulance crews dealt with the accident.
