A 24-YEAR-old fisherman has been fined �180 for using a fishing rod without a licence at Aldeby Hall Lakes.Ian Hayes, of Magdalen Way, Gorleston, was convicted on Friday in his absence of fishing without a licence and failing to produce a licence at the lakes on July 12 last year.

Ian Hayes, of Magdalen Way, Gorleston, was convicted on Friday in his absence of fishing without a licence and failing to produce a licence at the lakes on July 12 last year.
Yarmouth magistrates also ordered Hayes to pay costs of �75 and a surcharge of �15.
