Victoria Alexander has denied the Dangerous Dogs Act 1981 offence which relates to an alleged incident on a footpath by the railway station at Reedham, near Yarmouth, on October 8 last year.
It is claimed that Alexander, 50 of Broadland Close, Reedham allowed her pet, called Elsie, to get dangerously out of control and attack Samuel Bradbury, who is in his 80s, and leave him with a leg injury.
