THIEVES are targeting car garages across Great Yarmouth, stealing catalytic convertors from vehicles.
Four vehicles were targeted at a forecourt on Acle New Road overnight between 6pm on Monday, March 19 and 8am on Tuesday 20 March.
Catalytic converters were taken from cars and a van.
Officers believe this incident may be linked to the theft of seven catalytic converters from vehicles on the forecourt of a business at South Denes Road overnight Wednesday, March 14 to Thursday 15 March.
Police are asking garage workers to be vigilant and to step up security if possible as the investigation into the incidents continues.
Anyone with information about the thefts is asked to call police at Great Yarmouth on 101.
