Two new businesses have opened up in a historic retail area in Great Yarmouth town centre.

Market Row is now home to "classic-style" businesses, The Bucket Man and Art - Music and More.

Selling items such as buckets, gloves and DIY equipment, The Bucket Man owner Ian Hall said the town needs a classic hardware store.

You've got the big chain stores," he said. "But you have to wait in traffic just to get to the place.

"We've got a bit of everything for everyone."

The Bucket Man is open 8am until 4pm, Monday to Saturday.

For Darren Connor, of record, instrument and art shop Art - Music and More, he wanted to provide a place in town where people can get excited about vinyl again.

"We're trying to bring back the experience of coming to a record shop and holding the record," he said.

"A lot of younger people are also keen to experience what it was like when their parents were finding new music."

It is open Monday to Friday from 9am until 2pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm.
