"All we want this Christmas is to see our son again."
That is the emotional plea from the parents of missing Gorleston man Pawel Martyniak a week after a fresh police appeal for information on his whereabouts.
Pawel,22, was last seen in the area at around 6pm on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.
Since then, Pawel's whereabouts have been unknown. Family and police have conducted numerous searches and posted flyers with Pawel's face and relevant contact information in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, London and Wales.
In a fresh plea on November 29, Norfolk Constabulary said they had been "looking for signs of life, conducting financial checks and responding to sightings" - with officers deployed to London to assist with possible leads, but Pawel has still not been found.
A spokesperson for Norfolk Constabulary said: "Police have received several calls over the past week and continue to investigate."
Mother Anna Martyniak said: "We miss him so much every day.
"It's harder than it was last year. We thought Pawel would be back home by now.
"All we want this Christmas is to see our son again."
Pawel - also known as Paul - is described as white, approximately 5 ft 10 in height, and of medium build with brown curly hair and dark facial hair. He is 22 years old.
