A spokesperson for GYTFC said: "Arthur gave years of hard work and dedication to this club.

"Without him and a few others, we wouldn’t be running today."

Mr Fisk was described by the club as a "selfless man" with "unrivalled dedication".

In June last year, Mr Fisk was appointed as a life president of GYTFC along with former chairman John Baldry.

In the past, Mr Fisk was also a member of the 'Boycie Brigade'. Joining Mickey Boyce and a group of more than a dozen former players for Great Yarmouth and Gorleston, Mr Fisk met for a monthly get-together, sharing stories from their glory days over lunch.
