A cast of actors, dancers and circus performers are preparing to set sail for an award-winning show at the Hippodrome in Great Yarmouth.

Pirates Live is returning to the venue on St George's Road on Saturday, April 1.

The show, which boasts a combination of swashbuckling circus stunts and pirate comedy scenes, is led by duo Jack Jay and Johnny Mac.

During the show, half of the legendary Hippodrome arena is used for a life size pirate galleon and movie-style port set.

This means that only half the usual amount of seating is available so people are advised to book early.
