Two developments with historic ties in Great Yarmouth have been sold.
A total of 242 square metres of land beside the long-gone Trinity Arms on Southgates Road has been auctioned off.
The three adjoining plots were available with Auction House East Anglia for £52,000, just over the top estimate of £50,000.
Two plots - 12 and 12a Southgates Road - were previously semi-detached buildings but had been demolished by April 2012. The third lot - 13 Southgates Road -was most recently used as a parking area.
The former Trinity Arms, which was not included in the lot, existed as a pub for more than 120 years before closing in April 1963.
Elsewhere, the former Bretts Furniture Shop on Market Row had been on the market for at least several months. The Grade II-listed building was up at Auction House East Anglia in October and appeared again for auction.
It sold after auction for an undisclosed amount.
The property came with plans currently submitted for conversion to six flats, a shop and two townhouses. However, the application has been closed.
