Beachgoers are being asked to exercise caution when walking near concrete and metal debris on Hemsby beach.

Recent tides have removed sand around previously-buried objects on the shore about 10 metres north of the Gap entrance.

A Great Yarmouth Borough Council spokesman said: "This is potentially hazardous, so please take care when walking on the beach and avoid this area if possible. 

"There is plenty of space along the beach to enjoy the sunshine."
