Whirring chainsaws, Bollywood dancers and adorable pooches will be entertaining families at a village's bank holiday summer fete.

The Ormesby village fete is on Saturday between 10am and 10pm.

There will be plenty for the whole family to see and do with performances by the Dumisani African Drumming Group, Bollywood Sparkles, Fiddlesticks Clog Dancers and a chainsaw artist.

Other activities will include a dog show, a children’s ‘Kings and Queens’ fancy dress competition and a junior photography and art competition held at the Ormesby Village Centre.

There will be plenty of food and drink, with vendors such as Piazza Wheel, Norfolk Cider, Home Farm Gin, El’s Kitchen and Planet Spice, which will be offering street food and Henna body art.

Alongside this, the Ormesby St Margaret fete near Great Yarmouth will also have craft and charity stalls.

The event will go on into the evening with music by Harbour Radio and live music by The Young Fossils and Audio Junkie alongside a raffle and disco.
