Great Yarmouth residents can have their say on the council's online services.

The borough council said it has launched an online customer feedback survey to help it better understand residents’ needs.

The questionnaire is designed to help the council recognise how residents of the borough access its services and collect some demographic information.

The survey asks questions about how people interact with the council, their preferred method of contact and looks to identify areas where service delivery could be improved.

The online survey, which is anonymous and contains 12 questions, is open until Sunday, October 8.

Miranda Lee, head of customer services at the council, said: "We want to provide effective and accessible services to our residents and visitors to the borough, as well as promote equality and inclusion for all.

“Filling out this short survey will help us in identifying areas where we could improve services for our community and we would really appreciate the feedback.”

People completing the survey will also have the option to enter a prize draw for tickets to see the Hippodrome's Spooktacular show this autumn.
