The body of a man in his 20s was found by a derelict pub.
Police discovered the body by the former First and Last pub in Ormesby at 3.41pm on Tuesday.
The discovery was made following reports of a man in his 20s going missing from Gorleston on Sunday evening.
The site was cordoned off by police while crime scene investigators carried out enquiries.
The man's death is not being treated as suspicious.
A spokesperson for Norfolk Constabulary confirmed that a file will be prepared for the coroner in due course where formal identification will take place.
