There were long delays on the A143 near Gorleston.
A car had broken down which partially blocked the road by the Cherry Lane Junction near Belton.
Police were called out at 3.30pm where they remained on the scene for multiple hours.

Traffic was built both ways which worsened after increased congestion during rush hour.
