A cash and carry business in Great Yarmouth has been bought by its rival.
For almost four decades, Savoy Catering Supplies has served various restaurants, pubs and businesses as a go-to cash-and-carry service in the town.
However, the company - along with its sister company Tanner Brodin Ltd - is currently in administration. Savoy is set to be struck off from the Companies House register at the end of May.

Its near-30,000 sq ft warehouse in Nelson's Yard, South Denes Road, was put on the market with a guide price of £2,000,000 with Hilco Global Real Estate Advisory on behalf of the Joint Administrators of Tanner Brodin Ltd.
But at the end of February, Savoy Catering Supplies and its warehouse were snapped up by rival firm Thompsons Food Service.
The warehouse is currently closed for refurbishment.

Thompsons' accounts administrator Allan Rockach said: "We are happy to take the building into the future in its original intended purpose and it will aid in our growth as we continue in the town."
Starting as a butchery in the 1950s, Thompsons has since grown as a food supplier with the formation of Thompsons Food Service in 2009.
