The body of a man has been recovered from a Norfolk river after the emergency services were called out in the early hours of this morning.
Police received reports of concerns for the safety of an individual on Great Yarmouth's North Quay at 4.15am.
Fire crews, ambulances and the coastguard also attended the incident, and the body was recovered from the River Bure a short while later.
A man in his 60s was pronounced dead at the scene.
Later this morning, a red Nissan Micra was still in the nearby White Swan car park.
A notice reading "authorities aware" was stuck to the car's rear window.
Police said the man's death is not being treated as suspicious.
The man's next of kin have been informed and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
