Police officers and paramedics were spotted by Great Yarmouth's South Quay.
An ambulance was parked on the outside lane of the northbound carriageway of the quay this afternoon (June 13). Two police cars and another ambulance vehicle were parked on the pavement close to the river wall.
A Norfolk Constabulary spokesperson said: "This was a concern for safety which has been safely resolved."
The vehicles were at the location around 3pm and are believed to have now left the area.
